The next problem which working woman face is if they live outside their homes and the work place is far away from their hometown. They have to live in hostels and the life in hostel is not very easy. There are many problem with security and the management of the hostel.

The woman which have to live the outside their homes are always at the risk of disrespect and molesting. The woman who work to earn money for their family face generally two kind of problems. One is the social pressure of the family. It is mostly exerted by the parents if the girls are unmarried and in they are married the pressure is from in laws.
This pressure by the own families of the unmarried woman is due to the fact that society doesn’t allow the girls to live outside of home and work. While the married woman face a different situation where they have to work and also manage the household.
