PTV the national TV of the country also aired the images of the jolts captured during the recording of a talk show. The disaster management cell of the Pak Army reported loss of several precious lives and several others injured in the incident.
It was recorded that hundreds of buildings suffered in the jolts of earthquake in the country. The disaster management cell machinery worked day and night for a long time to rescue people from the rumble of collapsed buildings. PTV also remains on the front of all the news channels to keep people updated about the rescue work in the country.
After the news speared on PTV about the earthquake in the country, the civil societies and the common public rushed to help people in trouble. Hospitals were filled with the volunteers for blood donations. People also rushed towards the disaster management teams to help them in the rescue teams.There were many other earthquake jolts of small intensity after the major series of the jolts. PTV reported that the aftershocks of the major incident were continued almost for a week. The natural disaster management cell also advised people to remain at safe places for their own safety.
After such a hard hit disaster in the country, the disaster management now started a campaign on PTV to educate people for the future. They have started spreading awareness in people about constructing safe buildings. The building which can encounter the hard earthquake jolts in future.
A series of stunning earthquake jolts was captured during a live telecast of PTV news talk show. It was a conversation going on air during a program on the new channel between the host and the guests when the natural disaster hit the country few weeks back. Immediately the strips from the national disaster management cell started on the bottom of the television screen.
The people sitting in front of the camera started reciting the verses of holy Quran and asking forgiveness from Allah. The earth quake was so severe that the whole Studio in PTV program was felt like shaking on a plate. The lights of the studio went out suddenly after the jolts finished. Immediately the television host and the guests left their seats and went for a safe place. The disaster management team of the channel rushed into the studios for safety reasons.
The PTV and other new channels started spreading news about the earthquake to keep people aware of the natural disaster. The teams of the disaster management cell from different parts of the country started moving out towards the hard hit areas of the country to help people in trouble.
It was one of the deadliest earthquakes hit in the country since many years. PTV News reported that several cities suffered because of the jolts. Many people were left homeless and several others sadly had not been able to survive after the incident. The disaster management cell of Pakistan Army was also started moving towards the affected areas to rescue people.
PTV has always remained in the front along with the disaster management authorities to reach and rescue the people in trouble in such times. People from the civil society also came in front to help people in the time of trouble after the earthquake.
