Recently he was called for an interview with a local reporter of India. While sitting down in a gym female anchorperson asked him many question about his personality and India.
At first she asked him what is he doing during his visit to India? On this Shahid Khan Afridi replied with a spicy answer saying “For now I am just eating and eating”. Meanwhile interviewer said “Do you like Hyderabadi Biryani? as it is very famous in Hyderabad.”
Afridi on this said “Yeah, all I wanted to eat Biryani and it is similar like our Biryani in Pakistan.”
Shahid Khan Afridi is one of the best all rounder cricketer and social worker from Pakistan. He is well known by his batting and bowling skills. His fastest century and most wickets taking ability is courage by many cricket lovers and experts.
As he decided to retire from ODI cricket last year after world cup, Now he will only play test cricket. Currently as a social worker he has one foundation, NGO ShahidAfridi Khan foundation which make sure to give education to children in Pakistan.
He is also a businessman having large-long franchises of restaurants.
This interview was quite simple and straight. Anchor asked Khan how he is spending his time in India? – While Khan replied, “For now I am just eating and eating more foods as people here want me to eat.” He giggles a bit after saying this.
While anchor asked another question saying “do you like Hyderabadi Biryani? as we are for now in Hyderabad.” – Khan replied, “Yeah it is similar to our Punjabi Biryani we serve there in Punjab. I failed to fin difference between them. Both Biryanis are spicy and delicious.”
