Pakistani air force scored 110 against India and Indian scored against Pakistan was just 18 in 1965 war. Pakistan had beat India in air to air combat in 1965 war without any difficulty.

Later on in the war both PAF and IAF change the doctrine of war. They started to attack on ground targets instead of firing each others.
