There is no shocking news in a man having a private party. The whole society does this so what is surprising in this if it is a judge. The judges are also human beings and they have their wishes and they want to have fun and joy also.
But the crime is when people think that those who are sitting in the seats of judge are very pious people and they attach high hopes with them than the problem arises. People see them as their savior and they do not fulfill their wishes in return.
The judicial system of Pakistan was being saved by the lawyer’s movement when the Chief Justice was sacked by the President of Pakistan and people know it now whatever decision which Pervaiz Musharraf took at that time was correct.
Now people have witnessed what things Iftikhar Chaudhry did he became biased and he worked like a dictator. He didn’t served the justice but he took revenge. He was part of same corrupt system. His son was involved in the corruption and he did things on behalf of his son.
The Behria town chairman has disclosed everything about the justice system of Pakistan. So to expect anything good from these kind of people is like expecting a miracle. The judiciary of Pakistan and the justice system like all other departments and ingredients of the state is a failed system. People wait for ages and many races pass till the justice is served. The justice system is like the corrupt political system.
If anyone has the money and the power he can hire lawyers who are competent enough to win any case for you. But if you are a poor man or a member of middleclass you will have to wait till you die or your hairs grow grey to get the decision of your case. And one thing is guaranteed that the justice will be according to the money paid to the judges.
The model town massacre of the Police is an open evidence for the people of Pakistan. The whole world has seen how the unarmed people were being fired by the Punjab Police on the orders of the Chief Minister. Fourteen people lost their lives in that incident.
The inquiry committee was formed and a Joint Investigation team was also formed to look into the massacre. Not to anyone’s surprise the JIT freed all those accused and the people who were murdered there is no respite for their relatives and sons.
